In 2018, founder and HR professional Jen Webb realised there was a gap in the aftermarket for specialist HR advice when she was recommended to a frustrated garage owner that her husband (also a garage owner) met on a training course.
Jen’s advice led to good outcomes and recommendations for her expertise quickly spread throughout the industry.

Meet Emma
When someone becomes a HR Vitals Consultant, they have years of experience and are ready to share it with our automotive clients, and Emma is the perfect example of this. Emma’s impressive work history ranges from supporting multiple sites in a global engineering business (which has many similar struggles to the aftermarket), working for BSI, the UK’s national standards body, recruitment in tough industries, working in a solicitors, beauty spas and an airline! What an excellent variety that you can benefit from.
What Emma doesn’t know about HR and recruitment…well, there isn’t anything that Emma doesn’t know! With additional qualifications in Conflict Resolution, Mental Health First Aid and Line Management training, Emma is an excellent listener, role model at communication and an expert in navigating tricky team dynamics.
Emma takes great pride in protecting your business by delivering personalised support that you and your employees will benefit from. By listening to you and learning about your situation, Emma will provide bespoke help to you, engage and retain good staff, promptly address concerns and help you to achieve your goals which, in turn, benefits the company. Meet Charlie - Your HR Assistant
When you first join HR Vitals, chances are that Charlie will be the first person that you hear from. Charlie has been with us since 2019 and is at the heart of what we do on a daily basis.
We obviously care about making sure our work is premium quality, and that is why Charlie double checks all of our work before it is sent out – no typos, no errors, which means you can relax knowing that our letters, policies and products are correct. This is why Charlie is your go-to person for writing contracts and the employee handbook. Charlie will also email you every month with `housekeeping` questions to see if you need anything AND manages your subscription. Charlie will personally message you with updates, news, tips and advice.
Charlie keeps us organised and efficient – we highly recommend that everyone has a Charlie in their business.
