Yes. We start the process by having a conversation to discuss your options and design the best suited terms and conditions. We then create your own branded contracts, completed for each individual employee.
We can also email the contract directly to your employee to gather an electronic signature and a copy of their driving licence (all GDPR friendly).
We describe a handbook as a "book of plans". When provided by HR Vitals, your book of plans will be in line with legal guidelines, and give you the right amount of support and choice that you need.
